Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing with precision
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Complete timecards and daily progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
