Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen in carpentry, masonry, and finishing work
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and hazard-free
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
