Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment using manual or mechanical methods
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, shovels, saws) or willingness to learn
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
