Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with on-site duties and setups.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare surfaces for finishing work, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols strictly at all times.
- Participate in daily site briefings and safety meetings.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
