Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing construction sites for building projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Basic Labor: Perform manual labor tasks such as hauling debris, digging trenches, and cleaning work areas.
- Tool Operation: Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods on various terrains.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be available for overtime.
- Teamwork: Must be a self-starter who works well in a team environment.
