Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively on various job sites.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare sites for foundations and structures.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic demolition duties and site cleanup as directed by supervisors.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or overtime when necessary.
- Basic math skills for measuring, estimating, and material calculation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
