Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Handle material handling, loading/unloading equipment, and inventory management
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and interpret technical specifications for project alignment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment operation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as project demands
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
