Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig, and prepare construction sites using manual tools and equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate machinery (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure operational safety
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites within OKC metro
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts (standing, bending, climbing)
- No prior experience required – training provided
