Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with installation and assembly work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
