Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment and tools safely.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies to various work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with their daily tasks.
- Perform general cleaning and preparation of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Ability to read basic blueprints or instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
