Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled trades with excavation, demolition, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment checks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist in setting up scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
