Responsibilities
- Execute heavy material handling and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and site protocols
- Perform precise concrete pouring, grading, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) with certification-level precision
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews on complex infrastructure projects
- Document work progress and material usage via digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with night shift verification
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Class B driver's license with clean MVR record
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred for site communication
