Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Safely operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery
- Transport and distribute construction materials to designated work areas
- Perform concrete finishing, formwork installation, and structural assembly
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with complex construction operations
- Document daily progress and maintain clean job site organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (Sun-Thu 7PM-3AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
