Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
