Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including framing, drywalling, or concrete work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy objects.
- Monitor site conditions and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
