Responsibilities
- Assist senior tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, power washers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal daily
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID and authorization to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fresno County
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- No construction experience required – training provided
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
