Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, masonry, and site preparation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) with proper technique
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Ensure job site cleanliness and proper waste management
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
