Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials on construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Follow site-specific instructions and safety regulations (OSHA).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
