Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks per project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, measuring, and material preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) in all weather conditions
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions from supervisors
- Team player with reliable punctuality and attendance
