Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light machinery (concrete mixers, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports for site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic understanding of construction terminology
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screen
