Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, masonry, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for precise execution
- Contribute to team safety protocols and hazard prevention
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or manual labor experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic tool operation knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily reporting
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
