Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret simple construction blueprints
- Work collaboratively in fast-paced outdoor environments
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 8-10 hour days in all weather
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- Basic math skills for material measurements
