Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen in carpentry, masonry, and demolition work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and plans
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to strict project timelines and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
