Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving tasks using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, cutting, and installation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to strict safety protocols
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Perform site preparation including grading, trenching, and backfilling
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
