Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and setups.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Move dirt, gravel, and other materials as needed for grading.
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
