Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job locations
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
