Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for project completion
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- Valid Florida state electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
