Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping wire, connecting circuits, and terminating outlets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervision.
- Use hand tools and power tools correctly and efficiently.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Technical coursework preferred).
- Willingness to obtain required certifications and licenses as training progresses.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
