Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment per NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices on complex projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients for seamless project execution
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials for job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor control, and PLC systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Experience with solar panel installation (preferred)
