Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams and supervise junior electricians on large-scale jobs
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspectors
- Maintain detailed service records and project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Familiarity with solar installation and energy-efficient systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical problems
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
