Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with California Electrical Code (CEC) and OSHA regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit installation, and power distribution
- Advanced knowledge of NEC, CEC, and energy-efficient systems
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency in electrical testing tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
