Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical layouts
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and compliance testing (NEC standards)
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of weekend shift assignments
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid New Mexico Electrician Journeyman License required
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) updates
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday) is mandatory
