Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead junior electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors and building managers
- Submit detailed project reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in troubleshooting/control systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Proficient with Fluke meters and diagnostic tools
