Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure compliance with safety codes
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections to prevent electrical hazards
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio electrician license (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proven ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience with both residential and commercial electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
