Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and site safety checks.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols provided by supervisors.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
