Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
