Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (training provided) for cutting, measuring, and installation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints under supervision to execute tasks accurately
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper lifting techniques
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
