Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely (shovels, hammers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads
- Support demolition, excavation, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
