Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites and keep the workspace organized.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and safety schematics.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping wire, connecting outlets, and mounting fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members on-site.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and follow instructions.
- No prior electrical experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over technical skill.
