Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and learn from experienced plumbers on residential and commercial projects.
- Material Handling: Transport tools, pipes, and materials to job sites and manage inventory.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas, ensure safety compliance, and clean up after job completion.
- Basic Repairs: Learn to perform basic pipe repairs, fixture installations, and leak detection under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally to provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to enter the plumbing trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication Skills: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
