Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to all building codes and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and customer service excellence
- Complete apprenticeship modules and skill assessments
- Respond to emergency service calls after training completion
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility for on-call shifts and weekend work
- Commitment to completing 4-year apprenticeship program
