Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, trenching, and cleanup.
- Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding job progress and requirements.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and crawl spaces.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- No prior plumbing experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
