Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (residential & commercial)
- Diagnose issues via leak detection, pipe inspections, and pressure testing
- Install water heaters, fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes (IPC/UPC)
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois Plumbing License (PLUMB) or equivalent
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and pipefitting techniques
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
