Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and tools for job sites
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Maintain detailed work documentation and client communication records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumbing License (Master/Journeyman)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug testing required
