- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, excavation support, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, framing, and finishing tasks

- Maintain clean, organized job sites to prevent hazards and improve productivity

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic tool operation knowledge
