Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Prepare and clean job sites daily to ensure optimal workflow conditions
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Participate in daily team briefings and project progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for tardiness
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
