Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring under supervisor guidance
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate material assembly
- Maintain strict safety protocols and equipment hygiene standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades to ensure seamless project timelines
- Complete daily progress reports and material inventory logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform 8+ hours of physical labor
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (training provided)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
