Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat/cold)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
