Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment per NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of commercial/residential projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations on all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Train junior electricians on best practices and industry innovations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid NM Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, circuit installation, and transformer systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical malfunctions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
