Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage projects from start to finish, including material estimation and client communication
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality results
Qualifications
- Valid Texas electrician license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
